Goal: To reach the optimal rates and the most appropriate contractual conditions when signing a new contract or renewing an old one.
The course of the project :
- Analyzing user habits
- Examination of current and previous contracts
- Preparation of the call for tenders; tenders are invited
- Arrangement of the tender (via either electronic auction or agreement after several rounds of negotiation)
- Evaluation of tenders and presentation of the results
- Another round or rounds, as necessary/required
- Preparation of the contract
- Measuring results
- Billing of a portion of the savings
